ENGINEER OF DEVELOPMENT CENTER

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

EPD ENGINEER

· Manage suppliers for design reviews, timelines, and issue resolution.

· Lead equipment selection, qualification, and supplier collaboration.

· Define, verify, and develop assembly and test equipment for camera module processes (bonding, alignment, dispensing, curing, etc.).

· Develop and optimize production processes; perform FMEA, capability studies, and control plans.

· Support smooth transition from pilot to mass production with focus on equipment stability and performance metrics.

· Negotiate equipment selection and process DOE plan with customers and manage DOE.

Electrical Engineering.

- Sensor / substrate / flex IQC
- Project EE issue FA
Involving a project design on Electrical
Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc.
Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc.
Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components
material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier
Joining EE issue FACA
[Test related EE]
- Test PCB design and validation
- DOE validation
- Tester hardware check
Developing test related PCB board and its validation.
Involving the electrical item of test machine. Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders.
Joining a tester electrical issue FACA
Supporting the electrical test items(Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc)

FACA ENGINEER

• Monitor production yield performance.
• Propose, collaborate, and lead improvement initiatives in terms of quality perspective.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure rapid resolution of issues and continuous process improvement.
• Perform trouble shooting for defective products at automation testing and manual inspection processes, using appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Support customer audits, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives as needed.
• Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate root causes and improve overall product reliability.
• Analyze production and test data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risk areas.
• Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and communicate findings and solutions clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Use statistical tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, control charts, regression analysis) to support failure investigations and drive data- based decision making.

EPD ENGINEER
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Excellent project management, communication, and customer interfacing skills.
Deep understanding of NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT), process validation, and high- volume production requirements.
Proven hands- on experience with automated assembly/test equipment and vision systems.
Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment/process development, or NPI roles—preferably in camera modules, optics, or precision assembly.
Familiarity with cleanroom operations, precision alignment, epoxy dispensing, UV/thermal curing, and final optical inspection.

Electrical Engineering

- Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in EE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related background.

- Proficiency in English (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus

FACA ENGINEER

- Proficiency in English (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus.

- Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality management, quality improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related background.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related tools.
Experience with data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, etc.)
Effective communication and collaboration skill across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem- solving, analytical, and trouble shooting skills with a solid understanding of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D).
Demonstrate accuracy, clarity, consistency, and thoroughness of work.
Strong presentation skills.
