We are seeking Engineers to support and lead initiatives related to our Smart Factory project. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Smart Factory Implementation:
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline factory processes.
Lead and support projects aimed at transforming current manufacturing processes into smart, data- driven operations.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate IoT, AI, and other Industry 4.0 technologies into our production systems.
- Process Analysis and Improvement:
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, utilizing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and production performance.
Generate insights and actionable recommendations from data to drive operational improvements.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all manufacturing processes.
Present findings and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Smart Factory team to enhance data integration and accessibility, supporting data- driven decision- making.
Create and maintain dashboards from database for data visualization and monitoring, using Python, SQL, or similar.
- Continuous Improvement:
Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and advancements in industrial engineering and smart manufacturing technologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking and proactive problem- solving among team members.
