Engineering Coordinator

Standard
• Ensure the smoothly operation of Engineering Department by organizing and controlling.
• Keep the effective communication internal and external of department.
Procedure
Hold the monthly inventory of engineering store with accounting dept.
Transfer all internal and external commands or messages by two ways communication.
Setup and take care the office filing and cleanliness.
Control all tools and equipment of department.
Follow on board the works and position of the staff on duty.
Receive and implement all the Work Order.
Receive and handling the phone call.
Directly take care of the department store by control the stocks, receiving and outgoing materials.

• Working English level and the national language.
• 1- 2 years experience in the same position is preferred
• Graduated from Vocational/College/University with experience in Hospitality, Engineering or related
• Organised, teamwork spirit
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues

- 05 working days or 40 hrs per week / Làm việc 05 ngày hoặc 40 giờ một tuần.
- Meal Allowance on duty ( 03 meals per day if stay at staffhouse )
