Compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessary
Carry out daily administrative activities of the Engineering Department
Build strong internal and external relationships
Receive and distribute all communications relating to the department
Report defective materials and equipment
Adhere to Fairmont Hotels and Resort Standards, Policies and Procedures
Carry out all filing
All RHG’s reporting as per the requirement
All authorities reporting on line all reports as per the requirements.
Maintain own work area in a clean, tidy and good manner
Manage attendance and vacations of the Engineering team
Monthly closer and accruals
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Maintain adequate supplies of office stationary
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Provide efficient administrative support to the Engineering team
Comply with all key security mandates
Assist with special projects related to the Engineering Office
Monthly departmental meetings with success celebration
Ensure all communications are handled promptly and professionally
Report any maintenance issues or hazards

Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives.
Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Follows safety and security rules and procedures.
Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co- operative and harmonious working environment
Communicate effectively with guests, co- workers and the manager
