Engineering Coordinator - Storekeeper and Escape Green Engage

· Making weekly, monthly, yearly reports (energy consumption reports, Green Engage Report, Escape Report and other calculation reports).
· Daily attending all kind of administration works (dealing with correspondences, monthly and weekly reports, attendant reports, leaves monitoring and phone calls…) in the department office.
· Taking care all kind of correspondences in the department (writing letters, faxes, memo, e-mail...).
. Observing hotel rules and regulations.
. Directly reporting to Chief Engineer regarding administration / personnel matters occur in the department.
. Keeping secret all information related to the company
. Keeping the working place clean and tidy
. Endeavoring to show goodwill and good responsibility over working and creating good atmosphere with other fellow workers.

Education:
(Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in Engineering/Enviroment)
Service years in the field : 0 – 1 years
Knowledge and skills:
Ability read and understand English documents Advanced Level.
Excel, Word skill.
Good communication and management skills. Ability to solve problem.
Language:
English can be spoken and written in Advanced Level.
