The Purpose of Your Role
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Manager specializing in ReactJS, you will lead a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and maintain high- quality web applications. You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage team workload, and optimize productivity.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Code Quality: Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment.
Technical Expertise: Provide hands- on technical guidance and support to the team, particularly in ReactJS development and best practices.

Who do we want?

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Knowledge of back- end technologies is a plus.
In- depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front- end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel & NPM/Yarn).
Understanding of microservices architecture and how front- end applications interact with microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern web development practices.
