Engineering Manager

• Manage and be responsible for all engineering activities of the factory.
• Ensure the smooth machine operations to meet machinery capability for production and the facility.
• Develop and evolve the engineering structure to ensure that ongoing and future development costs are minimized.
• Drive a proactive maintenance culture, ensuring preventative and predictive maintenance programs are continuously improved, developed and completed as per equipment provider requirements to optimize machine utilization.
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
• Work with various functions/parties within the organization to provide continuous improvement, technical expertise and solutions for production demand
• Coach, train, develop and motivate team members to optimize overall business performance with company policy.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with company policy.
• Be responsible for continuous machinery improvement activities in the factory.

• University Degree – specialized in industrial electricity engineering / manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• High Energy Level.
• Good knowledge of ISO9000: 2015, ISO14000:2015 and OHSAS45001: 2018 is preferred
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
• Able to persevere in adverse conditions.
• Good experience in plastic molding or industrial electricity is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and motivation for engineering.
• At least 3 years in a relevant role ideally in manufacturing area or industrial segment.
• Able to use computer, especially in Word, Excel, Auto CAD, Power Point....
• Good management and leadership skills.
