Direct management resources to ensure service levels are achieved and or exceeded in a timely and cost- effective manner throughout the life of the contract.
Daily communication updates, weekly, monthly reports on safety, plant operations and its various activities and risk levels, partner / customer relationship management, budget controls, compliance and personnel updates, etc.
Secure additional work through scope and or scale expansion according to the account business plan.
Communicate regularly with site and National management colleagues to share critical information, provide performance updates and seek advice, consensus and / or direction.
Ensure incident reports are released within 24 hours. Get involved in the root cause analysis and make sure it is released within three days.
Establish the account management organization structure and approve the site level organization.
Establish / maintain the account safety program and ensure that all safety programs, goals and objectives are met or exceeded. Comply all Customer and RCR policies and administer all policies, business processes and standards of the account and ensure full compliance.
Attend safety/EHS training. Actively participate on internal meetings or external call meeting to subcontractor associated to the system operation and maintenance, sub- contractors.
Manage priorities and time to ensure the completion of all assignments, tasks, activities and processes to achieve quality results, deliverables and reports.
Review and recommend staff and employee training programs, workshops, seminars and classes to facilitate development and improvement of competencies and proficiency.
Share knowledge with peers/ subordinates to contribute to the success of the project. Performs other duties as assigned.
Understand the contract terms and conditions, service levels as well as customer expectations at a detailed level and take ownership for outcomes.
Develops and implement cost saving measures.
Manage customer, supplier and contractor relationships, by attending regular meetings and gauging health of the relationship.
Direct and lead management resources as well as leverage available resources and knowledge to sustain customer satisfaction and continuously improve the account’s performance.
Establish and track a standard monthly performance scorecard. Periodically conduct business reviews with the customer to ensure alignment between expectations and delivery.
Experienced in managing, operating, and maintaining utility/infrastructure systems in plants: HVAC, chiller, air compressor, air dryer, air blower, boiler, fire alarm, fire fighting, waste water... and other related utility/facility systems.
Ensures that RCR EHS policies are implemented and enforced.
Total compliance to internal and external company policies and procedures.
