Engineering Manager (Foreigner or Overseas Vietnamese)

Job Content
•Manage and lead the delivery of multi discipline teams (Mech/Elec/Plumbing/Fire)
•Applicant needs a relevant degree in at least one field, but should have competency/knowledge of other disciplines.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Attend project meetings with Clients and other designers.
•Work to complete assigned part of projects and achieve satisfaction from clients.
•Take responsibility for delivered services from the beginning to conclusion.
•Assign and allocate tasks to engineers of particular parts.
•Manage internal and external expectations, communications and outcomes.
•Provide technical advice where applicable, either from own experience or via internal resources.
•Manage and report on project financial performance (accountability)
•Identify and manage project risk and change
•Deliver projects within ICE quality process and systems
•Managing the delivery of project works within time and budget constraints.
•Liaise and communicate directly with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
•Graduated Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
•At least 10 years of experiences on expertise fields.
•Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
•Time-management, job-management to work under high pressure.
•High aptitude in problem-solving skills.
•Ability to select, process, and use information well.
•Willing to learn, good communication skills in VN and English.
•Capability in developing new/existing business and sales
