JOB DESCRIPTION

Coach teams in applying Scrum and be responsible for continuous improvement of the teams.
Be responsible for project management of highly important initiatives and ensure on time delivery.
Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Evaluate multiple technical solutions, balancing performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
Lead initiatives for implementing efficient development and delivery processes.
Manage engineering teams  to build and deliver products on engineering standards and ensure code quality.
Be the voice of reason between speed and quality.
People management (1:1 meeting, personal development & training plan, career path, probation reviews, and performance reviews).

Backend: Java, Node JS, NestJs
Monitoring: ElasticSearch, Grafana
Repositories: Gitlab
Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, Serverless
Analytics: BigQuery, Google Analytics
Fronted: TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular
Communication Tools: Zoom, Google
Devices: MacBook Pro + Dell Monitor
Project management: Jira

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of security and robust high- performance system
Experience in solving complex requirements/problems both business and technology such as: Finance System, Accounting System, Scalable web applications
Good experience in microservices, micro- frontend, and multi- tenant architecture design/implementation
Good experience in Agile: Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and practices
Experience in handling/building an engineering team (direct or indirect) of 15+ members, organizational agility
Good experience in people management: employee satisfaction, career growth, performance review, coaching, mentoring, 1:1 meeting
Excellent problem- solving skills, especially in dealing with escalated or critical issues
3+ years of experience in managing IT projects or product development
Background in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information System
Good experience in managing/developing B2B applications
English skills (professional working proficiency)
