The Job

Reviewing code written by junior colleagues and/or teammates.
Work closely with other colleagues, such as project managers, UX/UI designers, other developers, systems analysts, Product owners and sales and marketing professionals to develop client and in- house solutions.
Analyze user requirements and design scalable, testable, and maintainable software solutions.
Continually update technical knowledge and skills.
Manage a small team of developers
Writing functional and operational documentation.
Review new technologies to identify their impact and fit within our existing solutions or future development.

The Ideal Candidate

You can integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
You have an understanding of accessibility and security compliance
You are familiar with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
You have perfect SQL skills (PostgreSQL, data modeling, scaling, performance)
You have good communication skills
You know how to write documentation and how to describe an architecture of your solutions
You know how to make synchronous and asynchronous processes ( RabbitMQ, Kafka)
You have a good understanding of front- end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Vue.js, Angular frameworks)
You are an expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI)
You have an understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi- process architecture
You have a good understanding of container technology (Docker, k8s)
You have knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
You have 5+ years of experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years managing a team
You have a good understanding of server- side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc)
