Engineering Manager - Thermal Power Plant (Expat Only)

 Make reports for design change-related issues; and
 implementation of design plans and programs from technical, commercial, and contractual perspectives;
 Collaborate design issues with internal departments including civil, architect, mechanical, electrical and I&C to ensure maintenance of effective communication and coordination, ultimately the timely and effective delivery of the project;
 Ensure quick resolution of challenges and issues arising from technical demands, counterparties, central/local government, internal affairs during project implementation;
 Lead technical design discussions, supervise and control the
 Take lead engineering design related meeting with EPC/Local EPC, OE and make MOM after meeting;
 Conduct design review for EPC/Local EPC technical documents and give guidance to OE;
 Handle any pending design issues reported to PD.
 Manage engineering works and key engineering issues, provide supervision, guidance to managers of the Company and owner’s engineer (OE) to ensure effective performance;
 Supervision and control all OE’s design review works and processes including comment sheets;

 Having a broad knowledge of coal-fired power engineering in mechanical/electrical / I&C;
required;
 Having at least 10 years of relevant job experience in international IPP projects for power plants as owner’s engineer company or technical consultant;
 Degree/Diploma in a relevant field from an accredited university;
 Business level communication skills in the English language (written and verbal)
 Having experience of Engineering Manager
 Having a thorough knowledge of mechanical field preferred;
