Engineering Project Manager

​Customer quotation elaboration:

Elaboration of Bill of Materials
Customer project documentation analysis
Request for quotation and negotiation with suppliers
Review of customers&039; specifications
Price offer redaction
Technical translation

​Project Management and procurement:

Direct communication and work with customers related to the ongoing project.
Interact with all relevant department to ensure the good completion of the project based on quality, budget and schedule.
Search and expand supply chains and suppliers network.
After receiving an order from the customer, conduct to purchase goods, monitor the progress schedule, and quality of goods from suppliers, coordinate with departments to complete the production of the product, and proceed with delivering the product to the customer on time.
Monitor, record and come up with appropriate solutions to problems arising during the project implementation.
Report project status, update ongoing and remaining budget, problems and planning to the Manager.

CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCad…)

Background:

3 years of experience in Industrial Project Management
Highly motivated and Flexible
Mechanical Engineering Degree
