Engineering staff (Nhân viên kỹ thuật điện lạnh)

Technical Responsibilities
• Attend to banquet function order request.
• Masonry work such as wall and floor tiles, bathtub, toilet bowl and wash basin.
• Chemical treatment of swimming pool water and equipment.
• To clean chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, A/C controls, exhaust and ventilation system and ensure the system is running smoothly.
• Swimming pool equipment operation & pool water treatment.
• Checking periodically and recording of fresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (maximum) water level is maintain at all times.
• Hot and cold water supply system, fire and fresh water tank etc.
• Piping leakage, pipe line, sprinkler, hose reel, wet risers, leakage due to structural defect.
• Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip- top condition in terms of performance & cleanliness.
• Report immediately any malfunction of equipment or unusual defects to his superior and take action accordingly.
• To check cold rooms, fridges, ice machines etc. periodically and keep them in tip- top condition.
• Respond & attend to fire alarm or emergencies as the occasion arises.

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
