Engineering Supervisor

Maintenance is performed according to preventive maintenance cycle for each business site, regular patrol of the site, and treatment of facility repairs checked during patrol
Repair items are compiled according to the inspection and VOC, and the repair plan is established.
Regular inspection of facilities (buildings), semi- annual inspection, once every three years, and precision safety diagnosis every five years
Support various management duties such as electricity, machinery, facilities, and disaster prevention within simple scope.

• Required Skills
- Facility Management (Fire and Safety) Legal Knowledge: Learning level
- Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): Learning level
- Building and Equipment Knowledge: Learning level
- Foreign Language(ENG): Learning level
• Qualifications
- Certificate holder of electrical, building equipment, machinery, air conditioning refrigeration, firefighting / gas related industrial engineer
- 2- year college degree: Major in Architecture, Electricity, Machinery, Equipment
• Experiences
- Minimum 2 years experience at the same position
