Engineering & Technology Manager

- Provide technology process solutions for new product projects for Producing Milk industry
- Ensure 5 goals:
Minimize quality errors.
Maximize performance.
Minimize costs.
Make sure the product shellife reaches the end of its shelf life.
Extend the life of the device.
For all technological processes, production processes of Process Milk.
- Building Technology Platform, Technology Database for the entire Milk industry
- Responsible for overseeing the transfer and production activities carried out by the Milk industry- wide RD and Projects department.
- Develop existing technological processes, research and anticipate new technologies and apply them to the entire HPC Industry.
- Synchronizing technological processes to factories in the Milk Industry
- Validate all technological processes for the entire Milk product.

• At least 7 years of experience working in the field of technology, RD with the role of senior manager or more or as a department head with the scope of managing 2 factories or more.
• Proficient in training succession personnel.
• Have at least 2 achievements in technological process improvement, new technological process development or production process cost reduction/improvement projects.
• Minimum university degree in food technology, biotechnology, organic chemistry technology, food science technology or related disciplines.
