The Opportunity
As a senior leader, you will mentor other Scrum Masters, collaborate with U.S. counterparts, and serve as a key voice in evolving our delivery framework and Agile best practices.
We’re seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Vietnam team and lead the Agile transformation across multiple product and delivery teams. This is not a passive facilitator role—we&039;re looking for a confident, hands- on leader who can guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead Agile Excellence
Champion Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams.
Define and evolve Scrum frameworks tailored to Laidon&039;s context.
Guide product and engineering teams through Agile adoption and maturity.
Coach & Mentor
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team leads to grow internal Agile capability.
Provide hands- on coaching to Product Owners and Developers.
Foster psychological safety and servant leadership across teams.
Drive Delivery Transparency
Ensure visibility of sprint progress, risks, and metrics.
Partner with leadership to deliver business outcomes—not just velocity.
Implement tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) to support transparency.
Optimize Team Performance
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with discipline and purpose.
Use retrospectives and data to continuously improve team health and delivery.
Proactively identify impediments and work cross- functionally to remove them.
Collaborate Globally
Support global initiatives that drive scale, standardization, and agility.
Align with U.S.- based leadership, project teams, and delivery stakeholders.
