Outsource Solutions is a service company based in Vietnam with its main office in the United States, specializing in providing consulting and debt settlement services to thousands of clients in the United States who are looking to restart their finances. We offer 100% service to the US market with NO activities in Vietnam. We are NOT involved in real estate, insurance, multilevel marketing, or lending activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolve client complaints and inquiries within the designated scope.
Advise on the best solutions to address customer issues. Monitor, collect, upload, and process documents provided by customers.
Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client issues. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, policies, and cultural standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company&039;s service.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
Handle emails/calls from customers and company partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to thrive in a high- pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Specialist/Customer Care Specialist/Customer Relationship Specialist/Processor Representative positions or related positions.
Good health condition, and able to work night shifts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (work with customers/partners and banks in the US, work with English 100%, IELTS 7.0 or above/equivalent). Preference given to candidates who are international students from English- speaking countries or have previously lived in the US/UK.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in time management, task progress management, and tight team management in a high- pressure environment.
Proficiency in meticulous attention and focus on every detail.
Preference will be given to candidates who:

+ Have previously worked with US banks.
+ Have previous experience working in banks/financial organizations and possess a solid understanding of customer service practices.
+ Can start working immediately, attend interviews, and start work promptly.

JOB DETAILS:

Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending).
Working hours: 21:00- 6:00, 22:30- 07:30 or 23:30- 8:30, 5 days/ week (working by US business hours).
Location: 60/15 Ly Chinh Thang Street, District 3, HCM City.
Employment type: Full- time (Night shift) at the office, remote/hybrid working are not accepted.
