English Teacher

This position will take the responsibility to conduct English training needs analysis, make recommendations and suggestions for improvement, conduct feedback session, design and deliver English courses for all operational staff to well equip them with basic English skills to communicate with customers.

This position will also be in charge of Vietnamese courses for expatriate staff within the property.

English courses:

• Plan, prepare, and direct English training courses.


• Analyze and suggest the level of learner.


• Design English training programs and materials.


• Conduct English skill evaluation.


• Suggest new training topics related to English in Hoiana Management businesses.


• Provide professional English training on various services from Golf Course, Facility Management, Security, Laundry or other departments.


• Conduct feedback sessions and provide ideas to improve training methods.


• Evaluate business impact of training/learning solutions.


• Broad and update knowledge related to lessons.

Vietnamese classes:

• Design and deliver Vietnamese training courses to expatriate staff.


• Conduct training evaluation and provide improvement ideas for training methods and programs.

Other Duties:

• Support other training activities.


• Support with translation from English to Vietnamse and vice versa.


• Comply with all standards of performance, behaviour, and operational policies and procedures in place.


• Participate in appropriated internal and external activities to enhance prestige of the Company.


• Perform other relevant duties as directed by the management.

• College/ Bachelor degree from the English department of recognised college or university


• Good listening, reading, speaking, writing skills


• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is essential


• The ability to introduce a wide variety of reference sources


• Must present a well-groomed appearance


• Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred


• Experience in hospitality and hotel industry is preferable


• Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training


• Excellent in communication, presentation and training delivery skills in both oral and written


• Microsoft Office knowledge is required


• Having 1-2 year experience in teaching English and communication is a must


• Working at Quang Nam, Nam Hoi An.
