ENGLISH TEACHER (PART-TIME)

- Support administration and organizing activities regarding learning program.
- Look smart – wear your uniform with pride.
- Comply with grooming and hotel’s rules and regulations.
- Set up a grading and assessment process to place employees in groups by ability.
- Follow the progress, report the results, problems that exist in the professional work and propose remedial solutions to achieve the learning and teaching goals.
- Set up, conduct an English language teaching program for general and department.
- Specific English with the support of the Learning and Development Manager and Supervisor/ Manager of departments.
- Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication and ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues’ satisfaction.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other colleagues and departments.
- Create and update training data records in the system.
- Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.
- Organize and execute employee activities.
- Ensure English program meet customer service standard of IHG.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

* Education:
- Service years in the field: at least 2 years of relevant experience or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Training or Learning and Development.
* Knowledge and skills:
- Very good communication and teaching skills.
- Be able to compile English training material and deliver the training to adult thoroughly.
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, organizational abilities.
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Traning or Learning and Development related matters.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
* Language:
Excellent in English.
