English Trainer

• Design & build up, review and revise directly the English learning materials including books, video…
• Work with internal Trainers to develop the plan of foreign language training program.
• Support departments in analyzing the level of learner and make proper courses for employees.
• Assist HRD in developing and managing the foreign language program of Casino, building up self- learning culture of employees.
• Assist in translating English documents into Vietnamese and versace.
• Study and make proposal for new training applications and methods related to English learning of company.
• Other tasks assigned by Director of Human Resources & Admin.
• Conduct the English Training Classes and audit actual English speaking ability of targeted employees.
• Develop Corona English Club to improve English speaking skill.

• Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training
• Good listening, reading, speaking, writing skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required
• Bachelor degree from the English department of prestigious college or universities
• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phú Quốc
• Must present a well- groomed appearance
• Having 2 years’ experience in teaching English and communication is preferred
• The ability to introduce a wide variety of reference sources
• Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred
• Experience in hospitality and hotel industry is preferable
