Environmental Attribute Project Manager

Liaison and coordination with project owners to collect information and organize site visits
Preparing and maintaining databases for project monitoring data
Overseeing monitoring of projects and working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate records
Prepare guidance, workshops, and undertake training for project teams regarding carbon certification processes including monitoring plans
Collaborate with other parties such as Validation Verification Bodies and representatives of relevant Standards during the certification processes
Translation of documents as required
Ad hoc duties and tasks related to managing the business
Monitoring and supporting environmental and social compliance of the projects with relevant regulations and standards following designed mitigation measures
Project validation and periodic verification support including preparing Project Design Documents, Monitoring Reports, Annual Reports, and relevant carbon documentation and analyses
Developing and maintaining relationship with project teams by providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations to projects
Undertaking engagement and consultation with project stakeholders
Interpretation support as required
Support carbon credits issuance, purchases, and sales

Strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, proactive
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Language Requirements: English fluently and native Vietnamese
Able to maintain a high level of professionalism
Great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously following standard requirements (e.g., monitoring plan)
Experience: At least 02 years of experience and interest in sustainability and/or renewable energy and environmental regulations.
Education: Minimum of a university undergraduate/bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on environmental management or renewable energy
Able to work independently to reach identified goals on a set timeline

Desired but not essential:

Experience in environmental and social (E&S) due diligence, environmental and social impact assessments, environmental and social management
Language skills in Russian, French or Indonesian/ Malay
Understanding of knowledge carbon credits and industry standards

Training and Travel

There are opportunities to travel to conferences and projects/ clients in the region
Monsoon will provide on- the- job training

Indicative Salary

Expected salary of VND15- 22 million/ month depending on experience
3 month probation period
