Environmental Safety Officer

- Responsible for formulating and monitoring the various safety features like waste management. Hazardous materials management, fire safety etc in the hospital
- Prepare and submit all relevant reports to the government authorities related to SHE
- To promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all hospital activities and to ensure that statutory requirements are being upheld throughout the organization
- To devise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies on occupation and facility safety
- Coordinated and well relationship with governmental and all external and internal stake holders on SHE inspection
- To consult with other managers and other line managers and give appropriate advice on formulating best- practice policies and procedures.
- Set up and monitoring SHE management program yearly
- To provide, or where necessary source, training for staff in relation to Health, Safety and Environment policies, practice and procedures.
- Orient sustainable development towards making it a green hospital
- To plan, coordinate implement supervise and improve the Health, Safety & Environment (SHE) policy and directives within the hospital to ensure that existing safe and environmentally compliant working conditions for all employees, patients, visitors and contractors
- Attending needful training and seminar course assigned by the hospital

- Attending various Internal committee assigned by the hospital

Qualification/ Trình độ chuyên môn: • Bachelor&039;s or engineer degree in Safety or environment management
Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: • Minimum of 4 years experience working in SHE
Skills and knowledge/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng:
- Extensive knowledge of the laws of environmental, health, and safety laws of the country
- Using excellent customer skills, establishes and maintains harmonious relationships with other employees, officials, outside organizations, and representatives of local, state, and all agencies
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Working in team
- Computation skills in Internet Applications, Microsoft Office Application
- Confidential commitment with the hospital
- Interpersonal skill
- Capability to adapt to the contrasting nature of long desk work and extensive field visits inside the hospital to various departments
- Fluently communication in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form
