EQC Manager

Collaborate with Tech, Subcontractors, lumber, veneer QC & Production Managers to ensure that all are following the same Company Standards & Specifications
Actively take part to Continuous Improvement projects lead by team (QA, Trading, Tech) to help Subcontractors, lumber- veneer supplier improving their Overall Performance (Time, Cost & Quality) involving the necessary Company & Subcontractors Resources
Document & Maintain records of Inspections & Tests as well Corrective & Preventives Actions Implementation for each Subcontractor, supplier of lumber, veneer
Together with R&D, Tech, Trading and Quality Assurance teams to establish, maintain & improve Company Quality Standards
Implement Products & Process Control Plans to ensure that processes are followed & products are conforming to latest specified quality requirements for In- Process & Outgoing Subcontracted products, lumber, veneer
Attend to Production, Inline & Resolve Customer Issues (RCI) Meetings to proactively address and/or emphasize on Quality issues & resolutions
At Subcontractors, establish regular Inline Quality Standards Refresher Meetings and short course Quality Training for Production Line leaders
Other tasks as required by Top Management
Mentor & train Quality Control Team Members to improve & upgrade their skills
Proactively help eliminating Products rejection by issuing Quality Alerts, identifying Quality issue & Isolating defective products
Provide quality guidelines, share best practices & enable Quality compliance to Customer requirements
Routinely audit the active use of QC inspection checklist & tools
Recommend & Contribute to Products & QC Continuous Improvements

General requirements
Hardworking, honest, straight, and active behavior
Understanding of Total Quality Management & Lean with practical experience is a plus

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management preferred
​​​​​​​Experience and Qualification
Excellent understanding of Indoor Luxury Furniture Quality Requirements is desired
Extensive experience in a well- established Quality control environment required​​​​​​​
