Litigation Legal Specialist
with the following details:
Responsibilities:
Litigation and Legal Representation (40%)
Engage in litigation activities to protect the Group’s lawful rights and interests in disputes at the court and relevant authorities.
Coordinate with government agencies and other organizations to effectively resolve legal matters.
Draft legal documents and action plans during litigation to achieve the best outcome for the Group.
Represent the Group in litigation and non- litigation matters: Prepare necessary procedures, legal documents, and resolve disputes at authorized entities.
Initiate lawsuits and undertake legal proceedings at the court when necessary to protect the Group&039;s interests.
Represent the Group in meetings and hearings with authorities when necessary.
Case Research and Preparation (40%)
Work with relevant parties to collect information and documents for litigation.
Monitor case progress and report results to the line manager to update status and adjust plans as necessary.
Research case files to propose appropriate legal solutions for each litigation case.
Develop plans and handling methods for cases, including identifying steps and resources needed for litigation.
Build and update legal files, gather evidence, and necessary documents for litigation and disputes.
Support corporate legal (20%)
Handle all legal matters between the Group and customers, partners, authorities, and staff, including dispute resolution, claims, and benefits related issues.
Advise internal departments on legal matters that may impact the Group&039;s business activities.
