EQuest is seeking a HR Intern to join our innovative team. This internship opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about HR. As a HR Intern, you&039;ll be an integral part of our team, working on various exciting projects that drive the success of EQuest and its member units.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive academic support to K- 12 schools within EQuest’s ecosystem. The Academic Department plays a pivotal role in achieving this mission by offering teachers professional development, providing information and resources, and fostering a professional learning community for K- 12 teachers and school leaders.

Perform other tasks as requirement.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Assist in Administration/ paperwork- HR tasks for the internal Team.
Receive incoming/outgoing dispatches and papers, scan and transfer them to competent authorities for settlement.
Promote and be responsible for company image on recruitment channels including: company websites, job posting sites and other social channels.
Carry out procedures related to labor relations (welcome new staff, signing a probationary contract, terminating a labor contract, etc.).

Got Internship Introduction Letter from College/ University is a Must.
Education: Bachelors or studying in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Abilities/ Skills:

Writing content
Be able to use Canva for designing
Microsoft skills
