Equipment Engineer (Kỹ Sư Thiết Bị)

Our partner - Nirotech Limited which is a company in the electronic field focusing on quality and service through local professional with international curriculum. We are looking for an Equipment Engineer with the following descriptions on jobs:
•Oversee new product introduction cycle and collaborate between internal/external engineering team and suppliers/factories.
•Support prototype, pilot and ramp-up productions
•Ensure related product manufacturing documentation, such as process flow & control plans, jig & fixtures, are provided and available for executions
•Coordinate the production schedule and arrange equipment maintenance
•Identify defective product and provide solution
•Improve process flow, yield and cycle time
•Provide work instructions to technicians and operators
•Technical transfer - Support Engineering team for technical transfer into production line
•Work and station in sub-contractors manufacturing site
•Ensure all production equipment efficiency & well-output sufficient to support CM production for the backlog orders+ coming 3 months
• ( New / Changes / Update ) Programmer , ICT / FCT or any testing implementation once provided asap with trial run and fact check of functionality
•Leading DFM & FAI result between material, hardware, software, working method

- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- From 3 to 5 years working experience in the field of Automation and Equipment Engineering
- Proficiency in automated equipment troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance methodology
- Good knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Experience with AI robots, PLC (Siemens, Omron & Keylence), Labview software, tool design and CAD drawing
- Able to read and understand mechanical blueprints and electronic schematics
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skill (Cpk & statistics)
- Able to work proactively and propose solutions.
- Good in writing/speaking in English, Mandarin (if possible)
