Equipment Maintenance Manager II-VI Vietnam Limited Company

This job is to direct and oversee the daily operations of Manufacturing Maintenance Team of designated manufacturing site, & repair breakdown of critical machines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Management (Manufacturing)
Direct and oversee the operations to ensure manufacturing equipment/machines with availability, reliability, efficiency with the most cost efficiency, including but not limit.
- Automate machines, tooling internal fabrication.
- Provide timely suitable equipment.
- Best energy management.
- Ensure equipment availability/realizable.
- Maintain and improve equipment in good condition.
- Well equipment/tooling/Spare part management.
- Provide suitable technical spec, capacity, capability equipment.
- Well manufacturing project management:
+ Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the
+ Spare parts/Manpower meet the expectation and minimize impact to production activity.
+ Timing and meet expectation.
+ Establish and accountability for the KPIs, cascade and follow up with team members to ensure the expectations are met.
AM/PM/CM
- Lead to ensure the completion and compliance of Preventive Maintenance activity.
- Lead the Autonomous Maintenance activities.
- Lead the Team to perform the root cause failure analysis and investigations (CAR) properly.
- Lead to review and revise the Work Order to improve the Preventive Maintenance quality regularly.
5S AND IMPROVEMENT
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of:
- Propose and lead team to implement the improvement ideas and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and save cost.
- Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all- time.
- Initial and leading improvement’s project
- Accountability for DMAIC
- Develop high work standard which can publish and apply to work.
EHS
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of:
Follow and comply with the Environment- Health- Safety requirements.
MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged, and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever- changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major:
• Mechatronics
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics
Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in PPM (Maintenance in manufacturing companies with at least 3 years of managerial/leadership experience.
Abilities:
- Good experience at: Automation and electronic equipment: PLC, Inverter, Driver, Step motor, HDMI
- Equipment lifts time and maintenance policy identification.
- R&M cost control
- Language: Ability to use English for business communication. Chinese as a 3rd language, is a plus.
- Experience in maintenance management for manufacturing machines
- Experience in leading manufacturing project.
- Experience of deployment PM/AM pillar, spare part Inventory control
- Advanced AutoCAD
- Experience in managing contractor management: SOW, JSA, Contract onsite management in the scope of manufacturing maintenance.
