THE POSITION

To operate ERP system

Document, recommend and give improvement suggestions on business workflow, taking into account what is possible and what is not from the system
Perform ERP setup as required by the business
Design and generate system data analysis, reporting & forecasting regularly and at related departments&039; requests to support business decisions

To develop ERP system

Provide user training
Exploit unknown features from the ERP system to support the business better
Describe ERP customization and perform testing

To provide support to system users

Give suggestions to users or suggest system improvement to prevent the issues from happening
Monitor and analyze system errors to recommend solutions or provide warnings regularly
Solve any system- related incidents
To promote initiatives and improvement activities in all working processes:
Identify areas for optimization or improvements of workflows, system utilization and developers&039; performance
Coordinate the improvement of departmental and interdepartmental working processes
Propose and organize the implementation of solutions (action plan, procedures, changes)

Yêu cầu công việc

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Good analytical skills and experience in an international working environment.
Have good English reading/writing skills & basic English verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree or relevant education, preferably with some knowledge of IT.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Axapta
Experience in working in with production/ERP systems.

PLUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience of Power Automate, Apps is a plus. Otherwise you’ll be trained for this expertise
Previous experience of ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX system or similar systems is a plus
