The Functional Consultant position will be trained on solutions which provided by NaviWorld then perform business development and support in sales & marketing activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position requires knowledge of functions of HRM/Dynamics and will be involved in full cycle of business development & solution sales.
Tasks and Deliverables include:
- Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go- to- market plans for the industry teams they support.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and nurture references.
- Work with related Directors/Managers to meet sales objectives and revenue forecasts. Provide resource allocation by skillet to maximize sales effectiveness for product demonstrations across assigned region.
- Manage and responsible in preparation of RFP’s (Request for Proposals), as well as, providing the sales team with functional, technical, and industry support in the creation of ROI templates and other sales tools, as required.
- Participate in User Conferences and Sales Seminars where applicable
- Perform sales visits and customer calls to assist in sales process.
- Pursue additional product, presentation, and demonstration skills training as needed throughout the product life cycle.

- Is capable of completing tasks on time and within agreed budgets.
- Willing to learn new technologies of Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Is a hard worker, self- motivated, organized and comfortable working in both a team and independent environment.
- Fluent in English
- Must have a Bachelor degree and experience in field of technical sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of or certificate on Microsoft Dynamics solutions is a plus
