ERP Developer (Oracle NetSuite)

Configure, maintain and upgrade ERP to meet the daily operational needs and strategic projects.
Actively identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies and performance and to optimize the platform.
Support end- users with IT/ERP related problems in a responsive and service- oriented manner.
Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
Provide support and subject matter expertise to related stakeholders (users, employees, contractors…).
Provide support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with ERP developers or support team on issues that cannot be resolved initially.
Test and deploy customizations, custom object, new functionality based on evolving business needs.
Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, change management, and support for optimal usage within ERP and other systems.
Perform hands- on coding work on projects as needed.
Netsuite Developer will be responsible for supporting the ERP system on a daily operations as well as managing the delivery of ERP initiatives and business processes, which helps to streamline the workflow, standardize and optimize the system to improve performance and business effectiveness.
Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers and executives.

Have strong problem solving, multi- tasking, project managerment and teamwork mindset.
Possess strong Netsuite ERP Development experience and at least 2- year experience with the day- to- day technical management of Netsuite platform required.
Be proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.
Have bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related majors.
Have understanding of Netsuite ERP workflow functionality and processes to provide back- end customization.
Be good command at English.
Be detail- oriented and adaptable to change in a fast- paced work environment.
Be able to develop and maintain custom reports, configurations and permissions within Netsuite.
Understand common industry- standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management.
