ERP Project Manager

Overview

A leading French cosmetic brand is expanding into the Vietnamese market and seeking a skilled ERP Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This role is to ensuring the ERP system is fully adapted to meet local business requirements and cultural nuances, ensuring everyone in the company can use and know how to use the new ERP system.
Responsibilities
• Manage the project from A to Z
• Provide expert insights and feedback to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Participate in workshops to help configure and customize the ERP system, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local market needs.
• Lead the project through all phases, from planning and development to integration and testing.
• Act as a liaison between the French project director and the local Vietnamese team.
• Ensure settings and processes are culturally aligned and compliant with Vietnamese regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Plan and animate the testing phase:
Proactively suggest test scenarios and cases.
Act as the local coordinator for the tests and ensure consistent follow- up.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English, providing clear and concise project updates and reports.

Qualifications

Willingness to travel within Ho- Chi- Minh- City to meet with various stakeholders.
Strong understanding of business processes and financial operations; knowledge of accounting and finance is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross- cultural environment.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP system implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, French is a plus.
Ability to foreseen upcoming problems and report it to the French project director. Proactively propose solutions to avoid those problem to happen.
Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information.

Bachelor degree and above
