ERP System Analyst

Consulting with business units to determine ERP requirements and ensuring that the ERP systems meet business requirements and goals, fulfilling user requirements, and identifying and resolving systems issues.
Operate the entire Infor ERP system (data checking, reporting and troubleshooting with the development team, SQL server stability).
Coordinate with Department/user to resolve issues related to ERP data.
Support Team Leader/Department Head in technical analysis to meet user requirements as well as support colleagues on technical issues to complete assigned tasks and projects on time.
Support Team Leader/User in building test scenarios to maximize test cases, build Power BI reports/dashboards.
In charge of technical and training manuals as well as providing training and support for end- users.
Create guidance documents and organize training/instructions, support users to receive and use.
Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified.
Developed and maintained SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from internal databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the reporting processes.

Experience in implementing and operating ERP systems.
At least 3- year experience in ERP Software Industry.
Fluent in English
Ability to develop internal and external relationships for effective work.
Experience in change management/project management will be beneficial
Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP, including a deep understanding of specific technologies and modules.
Experience in building management and financial accounting software systems on ERP/SAP platform.
University degree in finance, computer science, information technology.
Knowledge of databases (in- depth SQL), Proficient in Power BI tools.
