JOB SUMMARY
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of emergency response operations. This role includes coordinating emergency response activities, leading a team of emergency responders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining readiness for various emergency scenarios. The ERT Supervisor plays a crucial role in minimizing the impact of emergencies on personnel, property, and operations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE:

Serve as the main contact representing TTI in responding to authorities on all fire safety matters
Leadership & Management:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, strategies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support during emergency situations, ensuring team effectiveness and adherence to protocols.
- Supervise and lead the Emergency Response Team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Emergency Response Coordination:
- Ensure rapid and effective response to emergencies, including natural disasters, fires, chemical spills, and other critical incidents.
- Conduct regular drills and simulations to ensure team readiness and operational effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Safety & Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain up- to- date knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response practices, and industry standards.
Training & Development:
- Stay current with best practices in emergency response and incorporate new techniques and technologies into training.
- Develop and deliver training programs for ERT members and other staff on emergency response procedures and safety protocols.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of emergency response activities, including incident reports, equipment usage, and personnel performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on emergency response operations, safety compliance, and training outcomes to management.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement and maintenance of emergency response resources.
- Ensure that emergency response equipment and supplies are well- maintained, readily accessible, and properly inventoried.
