Estimator (Entry/ Middle/ Senior level)

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for operating estimating- based applications to assimilate house estimates for base and options utilizing traditional 2D takeoff methodology to a quality that meets or exceeds total customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Work in a team environment, take direction and collaborate in meetings.
· Providing an above- average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).
· Count and measure how much material (with quantities and types) will need to go into a project as required to build a designed structure of a house in USA, and meet client needs and specifications.
· Exposure to client communication through email and conference calls.
· Developing and maintaining moderate productivity speed, quality control, and accuracy on projects.
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Having and applying knowledge of residential estimation practices and standards.
· Exposure to basic Pipeline functions and theories.
· Training new team members in software functionality and client standards.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you have what it takes. Some of the following would be helpful too:
· 0- 5 years of Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor experience. Fresher is also welcomed
· Knowledge about Wood House structure, detail of Wood House Framing
· Ability to read/interpret and familiar with Construction Drawings.
· High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills.
· English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher. Good at communication skills (Written and Verbal)
· Bachelor&039;s degree with a major in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Construction Materials
· Being familiar with an Estimating software or Excel is a plus.
· Ability to perform taking- off quantity from designed drawings. Sharp and like to work with numbers, have logical thinking, and can categorize things by type.
We are now using the Planswift software for work.
· Integrity and carefulness
· Personal time management skills for meeting established deadlines.
· Self- motivated and willing to learn and absorb new things, customer focus and result oriented
· Be able to work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision.
