Job Purpose:
Responsible for the design, planning and execution of CHANEL client Fashion & WFJ events and activities in Vietnam market
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and develop event team
Support the Marketing Manager on the local marketing event strategy with an objective to achieve (i.e., recruitment/conversion to RTW), end- to- end marketing execution with a focus on client experience
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to assist on idea generation: adapt and finetune client experience to make it locally relevant and impactful
Budget management and monitoring of investments vs ROI
Build together with the marketing Manager and support the orchestration of a client activity calendar balancing effort in our boutiques and supporting business opportunities
Identify and manage potential partnerships and channel opportunities to maximize impact of our events
Build solid partnership with our vendor to deliver qualitative experience
Performance management: KPI set- up and post- event data analysis. Share learnings & postmortem recommendations
CHANEL CLIENT EVENTS:
Set clear objectives for each event and work on planning of the event with relevant parties at Global and Local levels
Analyze and share results / learnings with all experts at local and global level
Define relevant format for our clientele and adapt client experience with a tailor- made mechanism
Support each seasonal collection with a variety of client activities: client events in boutiques or in external venues, in boutique activities, partnerships.
Coordinate with all local experts to orchestrate the plan (VM, style expertise, Client strategy, merchandising, boutiques…): influence and drive project to reach common goal
Pitch agencies & select the best service level to reach our business objectives
Liaise with PR on coordinated press activities

Organize and analyze competition data, sales, rankings, events and tools

Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
University or above
Work Experience
Experience from Event Production house for Fashion & Luxury brands
5 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
Client event expertise, promotion, operations marketing expert
Required Competencies
Strong execution skills in terms of events planning
Have sensitivity to the luxury retail and customer service standard levels
Solid background on Client engagement
Dynamic, presentable with strong people skills
