An Event & Branding Executive
can handle tasks consistently, efficiently, cost-effective, and memorable:
Branding:

Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, or advertisements, etc.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that meet organizational goals.
Conduct market research to identify potential branding and campaign ideas.
Merchandise management such as T-shirt, advertisement material, branding products, etc.

Event:

Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
Propose event plans and uphold the company’s mission/vision through it.
Plan & execute POSM production for offices nationwide with a detailed budget plan.
Collaborate with related departments to come up with ideas and implement the program&039;s events.
Own every aspect of an event, from vendor choice to success metrics.
Keep budgets and timelines under control at all times.

Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, marketing, and communications.
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field.
Attention to detail.
Good problem solving skills and creativity.
1-2 years experience in event planning and event coordination in a corporate environment.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or basic AI.
