EVENT COORDINATOR (QUẬN 1)

We&039;re seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented Event Executive to support our growing event initiatives. You&039;ll work closely with the Event Marketing Lead to plan, promote, and execute successful online and offline events, ensuring they align with our overall marketing goals and deliver exceptional experiences for our attendees.
Event Planning & Execution:

Gather post- event feedback, analyze data, and compile reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Manage event registrations and track attendee engagement metrics.
Coordinate venue selection, vendor management, and on- site logistics to ensure smooth event execution.
Partner with content and design teams to ensure the creation of engaging event content and visuals.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing Specialists to develop and execute event promotion strategies across various channels (emails, social media, landing pages).

Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost- effective execution.
Administrative Support: Maintain event records, handle logistical tasks, and provide administrative support to the Event Marketing Lead as needed.
Communication: Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the event lifecycle.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
Proven 2+ years in Event Coordination, Event Executive, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability in both English and Vietnamese.
Work collaboratively with cross- functional teams. Ability to inspire and motivate a team of creatives.
Project management ability. Understanding of marketing principles & promotional strategies.
