Event Executive

Event Planning
- Closely work, discuss and coordinate with agencies and related departments to deploy and implement event activities as per Shopping Mall’s Marketing Plan.
- Be responsible for necessary legal documents and licenses for the implementation of event and activities according to the lawful regulations
- In charge of developing content for Shopping Mall’s monthly/seasonal/big events: Create content ideas and concept images for the event, build proposals, event scenarios in a creative meaningful, impressive and professional manner.
Event Execution
- Discuss and work closely with Design team and suppliers to deploy POSM items to promote events, and optimize offline advertising at Shopping Mall.
- Work closely with PR, Digital Unit to promote and advertise event activities to the public.
- Report event performance results to Heads of Department as well as to the required authorities timely according to the lawful regulations
Broadcasting Execution
- In charge of announcement broadcast content when needed.
- In charge of music broadcast content in the Shopping Mall area.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event, Communications or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Creativity and an eye for detail; Diplomacy, tact, and a customer- focused approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple taks simultaneously
