Event Logistic Inter

- Event Organize : Assist in planning and executing for internal and external events (online +
ffline), including organizing programs and mini games, venue selection, transportation, and
materials needed for successful events.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of promotional materials, ensuring
availability when required for marketing activities.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services
necessary for marketing initiatives.
- Budget Tracking: Help in tracking and managing budgets related to logistics and event planning.

-  Undergraduate or Graduate from RMIT Vietnam with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Professional Communication, Digital Media, or Design

-  Logically thinking, creative, able to create ideas and launch innovative marketing campaigns on modern communication channels.

-  High teamwork spirit & responsibility.

-  Having the highest level of integrity & long-term commitment.

-  Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

-  Ability to take photos, videos and other design software, video editing is an advantage
