ROLES
Event Manager will be in charge of clients in the fields of FMCG, Nutrition, Insurance... Organizing events related to Activation, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, music festivals...
– Setting and maintaining timelines and priorities for every project
– Training and Developing Subordinates
– Travelling to on- site inspections and project managing events
– Managing supplier relationships
– Communicating and maintaining client relations
– Delivering events on time and within budget
– Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
– Developing and gaining Acceptance of Operation Plans
– Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
– Developing production and delivery
– Managing workload. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team

QUALIFICATION
– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing events related to activation, conferences, seminars and exhibitions in FMCG, Nutrition, Insurance...
– Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
– 3- 4 years of experience in a similar position;
– Priority is given to application members who have a technical mindset;
