Analyzing feedback and report data to measure whether event goals was achieved
Ensuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)
Post- event communication, reporting & analysis
Working out event budget, and logistics (venue, catering, etc)
Planning an event that meets the objectives
On- the- day management
Reviewing reports
Propose upselling initiatives
Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign ups etc.
Pre- event organization and point of contact with booker
Sending communications to organizers when needed (last minute changes, parking notices etc)
GSS goals review and set goals
Managing post- event marketing/communications (‘thank you for hosting’ email, feedback surveys, etc)
Managing an effective event pro- active marketing campaign

Can communicate fluently by English.
Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- Or 2- year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Rates for group employees are applied when using services at the hotel.
