Event Marketing Executive - Marché Complex Đà Lạt

Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Execution
•Conceptualize and develop event ideas in alignment with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
•Plan and organize in-store and off-site events (e.g. product launches, seasonal promotions, pop-ups, private dining, influencer events).
•Coordinate all event logistics including venue setup, suppliers, F&B arrangements, staffing, permits, and guest lists.
•Supervise on-site execution to ensure smooth event flow and guest satisfaction.
2. Marketing & Promotion
•Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events across channels (social media, website, email, PR, influencer marketing).
•Develop event marketing materials (e.g. posters, invitations, signage).
•Work with designers, content creators, and media partners to maximize event exposure.
3. Partnerships & Collaboration
•Identify and work with strategic partners (e.g. brands, influencers, media, vendors) to co-host or sponsor events.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support event objectives.
4. Budget & Reporting
•Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
•Track ROI and KPIs of events (attendance, engagement, sales impact).
•Prepare post-event reports and propose improvements for future events.
