Key Responsibilities
Focus 1. Mini- Game Management
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of mini- games as lead magnets, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Participant Engagement: Design creative and interactive mini- games that align with our brand values and event objectives, ensuring maximum participation.
Lead Magnet Strategy: Develop and execute engaging mini- games for both online and offline events to attract and convert prospects.
Focus 2. Event Marketing Initiatives
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align event marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Event Promotion: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for various events, ensuring high visibility and participation.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing materials and activities are consistent with the company&039;s brand image and messaging.
Focus 3. Product for Prospects
Sales Enablement: Provide the necessary tools and materials to support the sales team in converting prospects into customers during events.
Product Development: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create and deliver products tailored for event prospects.
Focus 4. PRL- Ticket & PRL- Branding
PRL- Ticket Management: Oversee the distribution and marketing of PRL tickets, ensuring they are used effectively as a promotional tool.
Branding Initiatives: Develop and execute PRL- branding strategies that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand recognition.
Focus 5. Alpha Award & Trans Day
Event Coordination: Plan and manage the logistics for Alpha Awards and Trans Day events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives.
Recognition & Inclusion: Create and implement strategies that celebrate achievements and promote diversity and inclusion during these events.
