IT Support for Events & OperationsEnsure the setup and functionality of IT systems during events (e.g., audio- visual equipment, digital presentations).Provide basic troubleshooting during school operations and events (e.g., Wi- Fi, projectors, microphones).Liaise with the IT department or external IT vendors for more complex technical issues.Communication & ReportingAct as a bridge between operations, academic departments, and other teams for cohesive collaboration.Prepare reports on event outcomes, operational efficiency, and areas for improvement.Ensure all activities comply with school safety and child protection regulations.
Event ManagementPlan and execute school events (e.g., open days, graduations, cultural celebrations, sports days, and parent- teacher meetings) from planning to post- event evaluation.Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, permits, materials, catering, and A/V setup.Work with academic and marketing teams to align event objectives with the school’s vision.Ensure smooth on- site event execution and resolve any arising issues promptly.Develop event timelines, budgets, and post- event reports to identify areas for improvement.
