Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest- growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented Event Production Executive.
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM- 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
Working location: 369B- C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and manage all production- related paperwork, including quotations, contracts, and payment documentation.
Oversee budget management and cost estimation, ensuring financial efficiency in production projects.
Assist TVC production processes, including preparation, filming, and post- production.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production workflow and event execution.
Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Oversee all aspects of event production, including logistics, setup, and execution.
Manage logistical arrangements such as venue rentals, transportation, and event setup.
Take responsibility for creating comprehensive production plans for events, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Work with vendors to source equipment and services for events, maintaining relationships to ensure high- quality deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
At least 2 years of experience in production or event management.
Strong knowledge of vendor management, budget tracking, and paperwork processing (e.g., quotations, contracts, and payments).
Proven experience in managing events or TVC productions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
