Event Supervisor

As an event supervisor, you will work closely with the assistant director.

Support the account team in planning equipment selection and installation for the event
Site survey, measurements, basic layout and perspective (if necessary)
Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
Prepare installation procedures for the project
Prepare optimal cost estimates for the project
Search, contact and work with suppliers and event personnel in accordance with company criteria and each program&039;s requirements
Handle customer requests on behalf of the account team (in case there is no account on site)
Coordinate with factory to plan production
Supervise installation, construction, and dismantling of the project

Profile

Experience across various marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, sales promotion, digital is an advantage.
Solid working experience in one of leading below the line agencies.
At least 2- year experience in the same position in the service industry.
Bachelor’s degree.

Qualities

Good time management and organizational skills.
Understand the functions of equipment used in events, installation and construction methods
Excellent troubleshooting and solution- finding skills in terms of staff and projects.
Can go on business trips to the province
Good communication in English
Can work flexible hours according to program requirements
Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
