Excutive Assistant To CEO

•Conduct in depth financial analysis, financial model development, business plans evaluation and financial projection review.

•Build Financial Models.

•Provide necessary assistance to high level executives in day-to-day operation, including but not limited to, tracking and writing follow-up reports on business operation from various departments within the company, assisting on strategic planning on different projects of the Company and/or its subsidiaries.

•Conduct feasibility studies and assessments for executives’ investment decisions on potential projects.

•Assist high-level executives in negotiating terms and conditions in various businesses, including, construction, real estates, trade, and financing.

•Acting as the point of contact between high-level executives and internal or external colleagues. Liaise with all department heads to ensure precise and smooth communication between high-level executives and selected senior management team.

•Arrange working schedule for high-level executives.

•Provide documents, presentation for any meeting attended by the high-level executives and follow up the implementation and performance of action plans made in the meetings.

•Bachelor’s degree in related fields

•3-5 years working experience in Finance field,

•Fluent in English,

•Strong communication skills

•Good in project management skills

•Good in analytical skills
