Executive – Accountant

· Review payment term in draft contracts.
· Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
· Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
· Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
· Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.
· Prepare periodic reports (VAT, FCT, etc.) and other records.
· Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
· Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments.
· Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
· Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
· Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable).
· Collect invoices and other related documents for tax purpose.
· Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
· Assemble invoices to be completed for payment.
· Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.
· Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
· Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
· Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receive signatures.

· Must be well organized and a self- starter.
· 1+ years of Experience in real estate or construction is a BIG plus.
· Willing to learn.
· Must have fluent English (both verbal & written).
· Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
· 2+ years of Accounting/Auditing experience.
