Mô tả công việc

Profit and Loss
• Assist with controls over the elements that determine profit and loss.
• Assist with identifying strengths and weaknesses, and the development of plans and strategies to ensure business & financial development in F&B as well as other direct report departments.
• Assist with the financial management and reporting of the resort.
• Assist with the direct link between efforts expended and decisions made and financial results achieved.
• Assist in making decisions that relate to profit and loss.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of F&B outlets revenues and costs, along with all associated financial and accounting procedures, while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Assist with the timely compilation and dispatching of monthly financial results before the 7th of each month.
• Work in conjunction with the Chief Accountant to advise all resort department managers on the handling of the resort accounting standards & procedures while monitoring all costs of sales, especially F&B ones.
Guest Satisfaction
• Assist with ensuring all department quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
• Assist with ensuring all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all resort standards are being applied.
• Coordinate all F&B activities within the resort departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with enhancing the product and service that is presented to the guest.
• Recommend changes of the product and services. Use market research to develop new products and services.
• Assist to ensure arrival villas & related standards are always in place and followed by actively inspecting villas and evaluating guest feedback.
• Meets and greets guest at any opportunity to ensure guest satisfaction especially arrival, departure and in the F&B outlets.
Associate Satisfaction
• Assist in new- hire and on- going training
• Assist in directing and training all F&B Department associates and ensure all operational department HODs direct & train all associates efficiently and in line with the resort’s operational needs.
• Assist in monitoring plans’, their effectiveness and introduce changes in response to the marketplace, including setting targets, planning and scheduling work and performance indicators that are typical productivity and efficiency measures.
• Assist with giving direction and the implementation of plans.
• Assist in operating the department within policies as they are related to the ethical codes, standards of good business practice and local laws and regulations.
Quality Assurance
• Complete other duties and services as assigned by the General Manager.
• Assist with supervising the activities and the service levels of all operational associates with a special focus on the F&B Departments.
• Assist with developing incentive programs.
• Report on a regular basis to the General Manager on the performance of the F&B Department and other departments overseen, against operations and human resources performance. Analyze variances and monitor the impact of initiatives and corrective actions.
• Conduct daily briefing meetings.
• Present innovative ideas to the General Manager
• Assist with maintaining Zannier LQA standards, the quality of the product and ensure consistency in delivery.
• Work in support of team goals and measure effectiveness by the quality of decision making at a senior level as well as through the profit and service performance of all resort departments.
• Ensure effective communication structures are in place and facilitate effective communication within all operational departments.
• Provide support of a specialist nature to the General Manager in all assigned areas.
Training and Development
• Be well versed and knowledgeable of Resort’s Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure employees are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity.
• Uphold Zannier Hotels Hospitality culture by always demonstrating the Standards to guests and fellow associates.
• Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related resort policies.
• Ensure all licensing requirements are kept up to date and in line with Government regulations.
General
• Assist and monitor the resorts cash flow by monitoring out flowing expenses and minimum stock levels
• Is assisting the GM in guiding and overlooking all sustainability projects. Leads the yearly Green Globe certification
• Assist the GM with compliance on HO requirements, standards, and audits
• Ensure hygiene & grooming standards are in line with company, legal and certification standards.
• Keep all permanent assets of the resort in good order and working condition
• Assist in the adherence to legal requirements, resort licensing and local government legislation
• Assist the General Manager in the development, recommendation, implementation, and management of the operational departments annual and long- term goals
• Ensure all operational departments adhere to company standards and policies + best practices
Administrative & General Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Knowledge.

Yêu cầu công việc

3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resort operations, ideally in Asia.
Loves to entertain and interact with guests.
Outstanding communication skills: Fluent in English; Vietnamese and any other language is a big plus.
Excellent leadership capabilities and guest relation skills. Can easily adapt to another culture.
Advanced computer skills.
Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent. Graduate certificate preferred.
Feels comfortable to work and live in a semi- remote location.
Enjoys working in a team and well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Provides leadership in all aspects of hotel operations.
